This is amazing. It really takes the “thinking” part out of your workouts. I love the video demos and the clearly written, detailed, instructions on how to do the workouts safely, with proper form. The tracking option within some of the workouts is excellent; you can track the weight you’re using and the number of reps you completed. This really helps motivate you to go do even better the next time around. Sam really is the best.
